Hey ...

Okay, I'm Lisa Khauu, and this isn't my first time on DA. I've been a long time member since '06. The reason why I wanted to start a new account? Well, my other account started getting old and just out of order. Soo ... this account will be more updated and organized with all of -or most- of my artwork. I just really want to start the new year and continue on, tracking my improvement. =]

Why? Well ... mainly reason is because I'm determined to become a graphic designer. I have researched the career and I have to say that they don't make like a million bucks, but it's what I love; art.

A lil more about me ....
I have a Graphire WACOM Tablet. It was a gift from my dad for my b-day. ***including this laptop. =] It was bought .... eh. May 20th of '07. I don't have tons of experience with it, but I most say, I'm prettie decent. lol. Before that, I have worked with photoshop CS2 on a MAC, and it's NOT pretty. [to me, that is] *sigh* Just a regular mouse ... hahaha.

Now, I work with Open Canvas 4.5e Plus [trial version] && Photoshop CS2. Well .. it's hard on OC trial version because I can't save, so like ... I have to work on a piece until I finish or else I can't turn off my laptop. [sometime it freezes and I lose all of it (even my head lol)] So once I'm done, I have to screen print, paste to MS Paint, and then save. Soo hard,but I'm used to it because I've been doing it for half a year already. heh.

I've been drawing since ... well, since I could hold a pencil in my hand. When I really started pursuing in a art hobby was 5th grade. That's when I read my first manga. It was Kodocha; everything just clicked. I mean ... that's when I started loving anime and manga. So I started drawing Sailor Moon; I wish I had those drawings still. Then I could really see the improvement.

I'm an asian girl who was born in a big city in Texas, but now living in a small town.
My birthday is June 17, '93.
I'm extremely short. [4'11'']
I go to Commerce High School; such a NERDD.
I'm also in band. [love the arts!]
I play oboe [3 1/2 yrs.], saxophone [half a year], and in the Pit for marching season [half a year].



Sooo chyaa.... well. I guess that's all I must say for now. =]
